How to Uninstall the Azure Az module from PowerShell ISE or Reset the PowerShell ISE.?

I updated my Azure modules in PowerShell but now I want to uninstall it. what command I have to use to uninstall it.

or any other method to Reset the Powershell ISE?

Did you try the Uninstall-AzureRm cmdlet? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.accounts/uninstall-azurerm

No, I am not trying to Uninstall the AzureRM.

I am trying to Uninstall the Az. I installed this with AzureRM, But now I want to go with and only AzureRm, not Az.
