How can I remove users from Org-wide Team using PowerShell?

Please i need your help on this issue.

I want to create an org-wide team, but do NOT want to include a subgroup of employees that are part of a subsidiary, but are part of the same tenant.

Can I create an org-wide but NOT include these users?

I think it's better to use Dynamic Groups for that if you need to exclude members (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/dynamic-memberships)
