After training there is any exam and certification for the above courses, if, so please share me the details and also guide about related certification and exam structure.

According to the latest MS list of courses and certifications there is no certification with any of these two courses.

Yes, only for skill development so no certification and no exam. The course list is MCT and learning partner only and cannot be shared. Sorry.
