browse a folder on computers

Is there any way to scan a range of IPs and search within all the returned IPs if there is a folder called Totvs exists from C :?

My administrator user has access to all computers.

Im pretty sure, this doesn't work just with powershell. Maybe it's possible in combination with GPOs.
