VPN does not work with AD accounts

Hello,

 

I have  aproblem with the company's VPN, we use Sophos VPN, and in accounts that are in the domain, ie AD accounts, some computers connect to the VPN and stay connected for a few seconds, but after that they lose their connection, the system indicates that it still has access, but it cannot access any website or other elements of the network, but the same computer, if i change to a local user of the computer the VPN works normally, has anyone faced something similar?

Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Let us know what it reports back.

I ran the troobleshoot and nothing came up, but I noticed something, it gave an error with the IPV4 adresses but the IPV6 it found

Try to perform Network Reset once:

 

1. Open Settings app, click Network & Internet > Status > Network reset link.

 

2. Now click on Reset button on next screen.

 

3. In confirmation prompt appearing next, click Yes.
