RSAT can't find in Windows search


I can't find any administration tools from search windows since update my PC to  1709(inside version 16299.192); but I can find most of them from path( Control Panel/Administrative Tools) and they all works find.  Unfortunate the DNS management tools(dnsMgmt.mmc).


I try to reinstall the KB2693643, doesn't work.


Two question:

1.   Why windows 10 can search/find those tools? and how to fix this?

2.  How to find DNS Tool?
