Domin pc rebooting

Hi. I'm looking for a way to reboot my 100's of pc on maintenance day. It should reboot batch wise like 5 of them at a time. After completion of the 1st batch only the 2 lnd should reboot. It can check for any particular service to know reboot is completed. Any script is available for this scenario??

Are you using ConfigMgr to manage your devices aka servers?

Yes. We are using citrix env. So all the devices configured under citrix conf manager. But i couldn't find any useful resources to do any work on that conf manager.
