@jm AFAIK, the feature only works if you sign in using your password, if you sign in using FIDO or WHfB, the feature won't work.

I just tested this. On my Windows 11 22H2 using Windows Hello for Business to sign in it would not stop me from saving my password into a Notepad file. I had to lock my workstation and then unlock it using my password - then it worked and warned me as expected. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

While this feature would appear to be the USP we are looking for to justify rolling out Windows 11 in our org, there are still a few questions that remain unanswered: Is the feature not compatible with the use of Windows Hello for Business/Passwordless, as alluded to in this thread?
