Enablement package will be automatically used on 1903 version. It doesn't say "enablement package" anywhere. @zanzi1998 you did not say what edition you are using, so I'll assume your device is being updated via Windows update. In that case, the process looks the same. You just "check for update" on the update settings page, and you will see 1909, you wont see the enablement package, even though that is wh...

This is a very basic question. I'm fairly knowledgeable but can't figure out whether the "enablement package" is available to individual users or if it's just for enterprise clients? If individuals can use it to upgrade to 1909, how does one download/access it?

Thanks for creating this. Very impressive. What if we only want to use some aspects of it, ie: I don't want to change the background or Start menu Layout but I do want to invoke the UWP app removal, etc.
