Your Windows Insider account requires attention can't fixed

Copper Contributor

I have an error at Windows Insider Program settings page:

Your Windows Insider account requires attention to get Insider Preview builds

After I click on Fix the problem button it asks for restart computer but after relogging into Windows the problem is not fixed.

Any idea whats wrong? And how to solve it?

Is this a personal or work account?

Has the insider synchronization on this computer been successful before?

This is a personal microsoft account it was working before.

The windows insider website says I already registered into insider.

In the privacy settings - have you enabled the transfer of optional diagnostic data , for Microsoft?

Do you have a third-party antivirus installed?

Yes I enabled it. And I also tried to disable and enable it again.
There is no third party antivirus.
I had ad blocker but I removed it in other thread it was a good solution. But for me not without adblocker it is still the same. Clicking on fix button does nothing with the problem.

Is this account the Windows administrator on this computer - maybe there are other accounts? besides the default?

You can try to perform the update in place.

This is Administrator account and microsoft account same as on the Insider page
I also tried to leave the program and register it again. But on the "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/leave-program" page clicking on the Stop receiving button does nothing.

This is the decisive information - you want to have a stable Windows, whether you want to continue to download and install the Insider version, delete the screenshot with the account information , this is the Public Forum

Currently I have an error what I can't fix. I can neither stop insider neither continue receiving it.

you want to have a stable Windows, whether you want to continue to download and install the Insider version,

You haven't answered that question!

Im not sticking to Insider but as I written some posts above the Leave insider button neither do what it should. So I neither can leave it.

So don't waste your time and follow this step, you don't need to fix insider account as you install stable Windows 🙂
