On March 8, 2023 I enrolled in the Windows Insider program and chose the "Release Preview channel". After rebooting my computer Windows Update installed a new Windows 11 build. That build, however, which shows in the watermark and in Windows Settings, says I am now on build 23403.1001. That doesn't appear to be a build from the Release Preview channel, but rather the Flight Hub shows it as a Dev channel build. When I go into Windows Update / insider program it says I am enrolled in the Release Preview channel, and even gives me the option to stop receiving updates when the next regular version of Windows 11 is released, so why am I on a Dev channel build?
