 i think this is a bug cause my pc requires the minimun requirements for win 11, and i have a gpu 1050ti so why this message is here?? someone can help me? i wanna keep using win 11

Youre using Windows Education assuming from your school, I think you installed a win 11 home edition and you need to either add your school email as an insider or redownload the enterprise ISO ... again this is just a theory let me know if I can help more

thats my own pc i think when installed win10 was the education can i change for another without going back to win 10?

I dont think so, your product key is unique to its own specific product serial number, You could try to do a clean install, then select the new user account and see if the issue will self-correct itself
