Windows Won't Start Up

Dear Windows 10 Insiders
I installed the "Insiders Win10" at the first opportunity, after so many years with this installation it has worked fine up until now, this evening.
I left home to do something and left the laptop on (Dell XPS) which has just decided to have a restarting problem.
Why now?

Which insider ring and version are you using?

I've decided to renew the hard drive.
I left it on, went shopping to come back home to find it with a green screen saying a problem with the "Insiders Build and it will restart".
I tried, but it would not restart.
I don't remember having an saving a ISO Image when I made the changes from Win7 to the Insiders Win10.
So sorry I took so long to get back to you.

it's okay no problem :)
You can try restarting or force restart/shutdown by holding the power button down for few seconds or unplug the laptop, remove the battery and it will shut down
