@Kadaklhundroupjoanlon  I have the same issue - I managed to overcome two of the blocked modules by downloading them from the Microsoft Updates catalog https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx and running them manually. 

The .Net update through does not seem to be in the database which is odd...

I have downloaded the windows insider and the think against malicious code but the one, KB5017257, can't be found anywhere... it sucks. I don't want to reinstall my whole OS
