I found the solution. Follow the steps.
1) Open CMD as administrator.
2) Copy the following:
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
3) Go to "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution" and delete all folders and files in it.
4) Open CMD as administrator.
5) Copy the following:
net start wuauserv
net start bits
6) Finally restart your PC.
