Always gets to 42%.

Error is in CLASSPNP.SYS
It appears to be a problem with bad drivers, but which driver(s) and how to fix?

A quick update - problem now resolved and Windows updated successfully.
HP Support were able to sort the problems out, which mainly seemed to be by reinstalling their Support Assistant app.
