Windows Insider | Built-in apps didn't work

I need to delete things to run my damm VM, and also from that time all my Windows Built-in App is not running, or say, opening. Showing like 'There’s a problem with Calendar. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator.' Or flash out, not open to me, tried PowerShell,  and troubleshoot, Any way to fix this? (Note: I have compress the C: Drive to save up my disk space)

    Which Windows insider version are you using?
    what things are you exactly planning to delete?

      I already delete the thing I don't need(My OS ver is 2004)

        Were they system components? they could be the reason your apps are not launching
