Try pressing Windows + W on your keyboard, does that make it show. Also, making sure that in settings, you are up to date on Windows Insider. Go to Windows Update page and go to insider. It should say you are on the latest build.
Are you on Dev or Beta?
Also, making sure the widget icon is showing in taskbar, settings.
It could be that this isn't rolling out to everyone, not sure on that. make sure to submit this on feedbackhub.
