Windows 11's Security App isn't opening!

I've been trying to Open the Windows 11 Security from Settings and all I get is an error code 'This App can't open', I have tried resetting windows security App didn't work, I also reset my PC still didn't Work,

Then I tried running Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage in powerShell with Admin Priviledges still didn't Work.

Is there any other Solution?
