Yea, this doesn't have one specifically for Windows 11, just Windows 10 builds.

Not sure. Having problems of my own. Was attempting to reply to the person who replied with the link. Because they were not of any help.

There is no Windows 11 Media Creation Tool or ISO file officially released yet by Microsoft.
