Windows updates download but fail to install. Gets to about 75% installation then reboots and undoes any changes. This is a recurring problem. Last successful installation was Windows 11 Insider Preview 23601.1000 on 12.3/2023. Now Microsoft Store does not work and some programs will not start. WordPerfect which is used daily now fails to start - WPWin21.exe - Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). This not the only program that gets this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
