Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26052.1100 - streaming on Youtube & Netflix issue

Hello, 

Since the last update Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26052.1100, I need to restart my computer (surface pro 7) everytime I want to watch a video on youtube or a netflix show. Youtube videos stay dark and loading, netflix content as well
