Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22000.100: Microsoft Apps are not connecting to network

Copper Contributor

Yesterday I successfully installed Windows 11 and everything was fine. Except that none of the Microsoft apps was able to connect to the Internet (Office, Skype, Windows Update center etc.). Even the Windows 11 guide was not working and displaying the lost connection error. Only Microsoft Teams was working without any issues.

I tried:

- to use Troubleshooters, it didn't work (because web browsers are working well and all pages were loading);

- to reset WiFi adapters' settings, didn't work;

- to adjust WiFi adapters' settings via Device Manager, didn't work.

So I had to roll back to Windows 10.

Will be waiting for the more stable version.

Tried to install Win11 again yesterday. It seems like the issue is with the Microsoft Exchange connection. There was one new thing though, yesterday Skype got connected to the Internet.
Issue solved. I deleted the CriptoPro app (used in Russia for electronic signatures) and re-installed it
