I have the same exact issue on my personal, unmanaged laptop running Windows 10 Home 21H1 (build 19043.1052)

The issue started around the 25th of June, and since then it has been flooding my event log. The Process ID always points to LSASS.

The issue started a few days after installing KB5003537 (June 21, 2021-KB5003537 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10). I can't tell however if it has anything to do with this error.

I posted about it myself here and elsewhere, but so far not a single reply from Microsoft.

with disabled tls3.0 also.
