I am also having issues with my GTX 660ti, I thought this was an issue with my setup because I am using an external GPU enclosure. I reinstalled the driver from Nvidia and it appears to be functional in device manager. However, the GPU cannot be used, any monitor I connect to it will not be detected.
Since the recent Nvidia driver updates my GPU now has proper support on Windows 11 (since the 600 series was included)
