Both windows shortly pop up but directly close again.
In case of the defender it even does so three times -before finally giving up (probably equally disappointed as I am)
1. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Doesn't fix this - not a solution.
2. Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
Doesn't fix this - not a solution.
3. Using control panel or search tool as GUI workaround
Doesn't work either - not a solution.
Right now as it seems there is no fix and no workaround for this.
