I'm receiving an update error (Install error - 0x80073701) when attempting to update KB5016632. I've attempted to troubleshoot but without luck so now I'm trying to download the ISO file from Download Windows Insider Preview ISO (microsoft.com)
The problem is when I go to download the file I get the following error from the website: We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID 6263d910-ce7d-4119-9b90-212869ef7a9d.
The Contact Us link routes you to people who say they cannot help and provided a link to this forum instead.
Can anyone help me download the Windows 11 ISO Release Preview file so I can fix my updater or direct me to another source to download the file from?
