Windows 11 bugs (taskbar & misc)

Hi,

I'm running v10.0.22471.1000.

BUG: If I make the taskbar smaller, I get this error (attached 1).

Missing an important feature: Also, I'm missing "show all taskbar icons" option too, I know it was removed.  It should be back, it helps a lot.

And finally (this bug is since win10), when I put the cmd.exe as a pin on taskbar, configure to START IN "C:\", it keeps starting on "C:\WINDOWS\system32" no matter what ( should be c:\ ).

Found another bug.

This time with winget:

PS C:\Users\Administrator> winget upgrade
Name Id Version Available Source

Winamp Radionomy.Winamp 5.8 5.8 winget
2 upgrades available.

No matter if I have both apps fully upgraded.  Winget keeps showing them.

I even performed full uninstall, and installed them manually to the last version available (of course).

They keep showing.  No matter what.
