Windows 11 24H2 update stuck at 61%

I'm trying to get into the 24H2 version of Windows 11 and any time I try to install it, it gets stuck at 61%.

I left it overnight and it's still stuck on 61%. Is there a way I can fix this?

Try restart your PC and try again.
If the problem persists, then run Windows Update troubleshooter.

Try perform Clean Boot and see update will work?

The Clean Boot still doesn't work.

Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
Try run the command prompt and run the following command:

net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak
ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
net start bits
net start wuauserv

@Reza_Ameri So this is probably the supposed "update" that I have "A Newer Build available in Windows Update"  yet it is Stuck just there and when I go to look up info on said issue it gives me info that would seem alot older than the build I am on now.

Try Downloading the ISO from the Microsoft Flight Hub ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/flight-hub/ ) and Install it that way. Make sure you choose the most Current Version of your Build (Canary, Dev or Beta). Make sure all your Drivers are updated before you start. Also make sure there is plenty of room on your Hard Drive. 24H2 (If Updating to this) Has new System Requirements in order to Install ( https://beebom.com/windows-11-24h2/ ) so double check to make sure you are able to Install it. You can create a bootable Flash Drive of the ISO once it is downloaded ( https://www.lifewire.com/create-windows-11-bootable-usb-7187331 ) then you can install it manually this way.

I feel like this is a problem with the system requirements. I am running Windows 11 on an unsupported processor and with 24H2, Microsoft is throwing up blocks so that you won't be able to move any further forward.
