Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20150.1000 and 20152.1000 were not load Icelake U recent microcode

Hi all , I'm investigating that Windows build 20150.1000 and 20152.1000 contained

Icelake U microcode cpu706E5_plat80_ver00000086_2020-05-05_PRD_781DD3AD.BIN

or 00000086 microcode inside mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll file of Windows. 

 

Before this recently behavior. The build 19640.1 granted 00000046 microcode revision

automatic update on lcelake U platform.

 

However the recently build 20150.1000 and 20152.1000 revert back to BIOS microcode

00000032. How to enable microcode 00000086 for this system?
