Windows 10 build 19042.330 installs out dated version of new Microsoft Edge (version 81)

After switching to slow/beta ring in Windows insider, a cumulative update is installed and after computer restart, the new Microsoft Edge, based on Chromium gets installed as well. but the version is outdated, currently the latest version is 83 but the version that automatically gets installed at first is version 81.

Don't expect a static CBS update package to include latest Edge, it's called EdgeChromium-FirstTimeInstaller for a reason

anyway, a user is going to update Edge as soon as possible (why he using a browser then)
