Good post. However is it a case of taskbar icons not being aligned or simply being different shapes. On mine some icons are different shapes than others (such as a circle icon compare to a box icon) that give the appearance they are not aligned when they are. Task Manager icon or File Explorer icon look bigger and a little mis-aligned compared to my circle web browser icon as an example; however it's not that they're mis-aligned, but the fact the shapes are different giving that appearance. If it is in fact a mis-alignment issue, I'm sure Microsoft will fix it in later Dev and/or Beta Builds.
