@Peter_MCN Whenever I have this issue I start by running the Windows update troubleshooter, and then update again. If this does not solve the problem I will empty the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folders. Typically the DataStore.edb and one of the log files cannot be deleted. After this is complete, when update is run again it will start with a fresh download of the installation files. Usually this solves the rollback issue for me.
