Why I don't have insider updates

I joined insider program but not receiving updates. I noticed that I can't tick: I agree to terms and conditions... and once I open app again it is still not marked. Maybe this is the reason?

Try to re-install the Office365 apps then sign-in.



Just reinstalled everything, joined the insider program again, ticked the terms and conditions but still the same no updates.


After opening again I can see there is not tick in the box. 

We can close this. It is resolved thanks.
So how did you fix it? I have the same problem...
