I've got two monitors.
I've upgraded to Windows 11. I've arranged my monitors so the icons are on both taskbars.
When i Press an icon on the taskbar that's minimized it doesn't maximize over all other currently maximized windows.
I also try to use the mini taskbar window by clicking it but it doesn't maximize the windows.
Only by pressing the icon multiple times does it then choose to maximise so i can see it.
