So my laptop is a Dell Inspiron 11th Gen Intel Core i3, 4gb ram.
I have two in ear earphones...those ones which you get included with a new smartphone.
One is a Vivo earphone which came included with my Vivo Y53s and the other one is an AKG which came with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
My laptop is not detecting the vivo earphones. It is detecting my AKG earphones.
I have tried putting the vivo earphones in other devices like an iPhone, the Y53s and the Note 10...and it is working on other devices.
But not on my Laptop.
Please Help.
