Sound does not work and videos on the web or videos on computer will not play, the problem gets fixed once I restart the computer, but this happens daily. I think its a driver error? but removing and reinstalling does not fix the problem.
Don't know if it could be related but I used to have Iobits programs on the laptop, it started happening few days after I removed them (after) I updated laptop. I do think it is a update but I cant pinpoint what would be causing the problem. (as far as I know its not a virus, I have Norton downloaded and I know its not the best but it has not found anything.)
Any help pointing me in the direction I need to go would help.
