Uninstalling Apps dont' delete the registries and still leave some parts of the apps in windows. For example, some apps are still showing in some diagsnoic toolkits logs when diagnostic systems. It is still showing in feedback hub under apps. I realy want to have a better uninstall way to tell if there is leftovers and this may lead to hard times upgrading software fi that software is not compatible. There is some threads online in the techcommunity and answers.microsoft that mention that they can't upgrade to Windows 10 since of a incompatible app that and can't remove the files since don't know where. They already uninstalled.

Thanks, btw I found the link to the download of the enhance thing , so can you try to see what happens when you do it in a sandbox? Since according to some experts in microsoft support, it is a edge update and it is uninstallable
in a nutshell, no it's not installable/uninstallable, just a one-time configuration.
