Unable to reset windows insider program to BETA from DEV

Hello there, my question is that why am not getting option at all to change my windows insider program from DEV to BETA?

I have tried CMD method but still i am not able to change.

if anyone knows then kindly help.

Hello , lowering the channel is possible only after a clean installation of Windows - which will remove everything.
