Trouble with Windows Update (Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview)

Hello, 

I have a trouble with Windows Update (Build 22489.rs_prerelease.211023-1816 , dev channel) since 24 hours now.

The solution : 

Open 'cmd' with administrator rights, 'net stop BITS' and 'net stop wuauserv', delete the folder 'C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution' with Shift + Del.

Then 'net start BITS' and 'net start wuauserv', restart the PC.
