There is no Copilot, even though I have been a Windows Insider for a year

I've been on Windows Insider Beta for just under a year, and the Copilot button appeared around March 2023, and after the following update it disappeared from the taskbar.

How can I put it back? (there is no "enable Copilot" button in the taskbar settings, I already checked).
I also tried to implement it with ViVeTool 0.3.3, but with poor results...
