The Properties dialog for This PC in File Explorer isn’t working

Hello Folks,

After updated 14070 build of windows 10 "The Properties dialog for This PC in File Explorer isn’t working and can’t be invoked from the context menu."

I tried SFC /scannow and other things but i couldn't fix it.

any idea?
