The taskbar suddenly moved to the top and cannot be relocated. I tried adjusting the registry setting: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3 BUT even with an 03 setting, it still loads on top.
NVIDIA Surround was somehow the culprit. After disabling it, the taskbar moved to the bottom. I don’t understand why that would have caused this issue, though.
