See title. Upon updating, the taskbar has disappeared, and I am unable to get it back. I've tried restarting, restarting Windows Explorer, and fiddled with the taskbar settings. No dice. Additionally, file explorer crashes with any attempt to interact with it, limiting the files I am able to access.
