Task Manager Windows 11 Insider Preview update 23531.1001

Copper Contributor
After installing Windows 11 Insider Preview update 23531.1001 (ni_prerelease) DEV channel, task manager stopped opening! I rolled back to the previous build (Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.23526.1000.0), everything is fine! For the purity of the experiment, I installed a clean image of the latest update, and everything is the same! Task Manager won't open! Error in log 1000 and 1001 referring to the failed module ucrtbase.dll
sfc scannow, DISM - don't help!

As you know Windows Insider is under the testing, therefore make sure to file a report in the Feedback Hub app.

OK! But still... How to solve the problem?
Like you mentioned this is a bug and it need to be fixed with the Windows Update, so Windows team will investigate and release update.
Just to test, you may try performing a Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
