Click on Give feedback and it will open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

I am gonna reset my pc@Reza_Ameri 

Make sure file a report in the Feedback Hub app before the reset.
In this case, Windows team would have access to log files and help them to identify the issue and fix and prevent it in the future.
