sound problem

Hi all,

I am facing issues with sound I am not able to listen any sound from my speaker and any other Bluetooth devices  I have tried all troubleshooting steps but it did not solved my problem. there is no issue with my hardware so it must be issue with your side

Windows Specifications are following:

Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language
Version 21H2

OS build 22000.168

Please run Playing Audio troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

this did not solved my problem
You should update the sound drivers and check is there any hardware problem .
i have updated many times still not solved

@Abhinav854 Found a fix: If you've tried everything with the software and it doesn't seem to work, then try this: Unplug all the cables from the PC/laptop. Press and hold the power button for about 30-60second. Wait a few minutes. Connect the cables and turn the PC/laptop on. PS: The problem seems to do something with residual power that is stored in the device hardware. So disconnecting power and using that power up solves the issue lol.
