When setting a 3-seconds or 10-seconds Timer in Snip & Sketch to take a screenshot, as long as the timer is running, everything is frozen and nothing is clickable.
this is obviously a bug/problem because the whole point of that timer is to give user time to reproduce whatever they wanted to do and get it ready for a screenshot, and now this functionality is broken.
