It is tagged to indicate that you are running an evaluation insiders build version of Windows rather than an RTM release of Windows - haven't personally tried to remove it as its a great reference to see what build you are running and indicate its an insiders build - not sure it is possible or if removing it would violate the T&C of the insiders program
