"We aren't able to talk to our service at the moment" Windows Insider

I have been an insider for over a year and all of a sudden I was presented with this in the settings


I also can't download the preview ISOs from the website with error code 715-123130.


I have made sure im on the latest stable version of windows, I have done a complete reinstall (wiped the entire drive and reinstall from scratch), run an sfc /scannow and DISM restore-health, tried the windowselfhost key fix. Nothing works.


Any ideas?

I signed up for the insider programme yesterday hoping to try Win 11 but I am getting the exact same error despite trying several suggestions found online, including creating a completely new user account.
